Very slow responses from doctors or nurse practiioners, slow lab results, always ask you to show up to pick up just even a referal, so last century and out of date in terms of technology, not recommended at all, run instead of walk away from this provider!

If you need to get in and see a doctor don't even think of being able to. I have been told 3 times to just go to the emergency room. There's no point in having a doctor here you'll never be able to see them.

I had signed my Dad up with APG in 2023 because they offered in home care and a nurse practitioner came to his apartment and she was excellent. But the follow-up has been terrible, and very recently in trying to get his PT re-authorized I've been told he's not a patient, he hasn't been in for a visit in over a year (he's never been to their office that was the whole appeal), etc. Waste of time, and now I have to find my Dad a new doc. Steer clear.
