We talked with a few different HVAC companies in trying to scope out our project, and Mike was the most knowledgeable, and the most candid about how to reduce the cost to us, steering us away from some of the more expensive options we were considering, because they wouldn't be very helpful in our situation. His pricing was also very reasonable, I'm guessing because his company is basically a small group of experts without a lot of overhead. We'll be going straight back to him for any HVAC projects we have in the future.“

“I originally utilized their services back in June 2023. Because of a roof inspection it was uncovered that the dryer vent was clogged. I contacted Duct Doctor and they sent a team to inspect the drier vent as well. Because the vent was very clogged, they agreed to clean it again; they felt that the previous cleaning was not completed properly. As a result there was no charge. This strengthens the integrity of the Duct Doctor business and I will definitely use them again. Kudos to Nitin“

“We are long time customers of Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling. They installed our heat pump and central a/c at our home over 14 years ago. Had them come out to service and repair our system a couple times and feel they are honest and their rates are fair. We also had them install 3 mini split ductless units in two of our commercial rentals within the past year and we are pleased with the end results. Overall we are extremely satisfied with their services and feel they are very professional, do good work, reliable and experienced. “After reading the positive reviews, we contacted 1st Aid to repair our dryer. We called 2 other companies we've used in the past and they couldn't fit us in for days. We took a chance on 1st Aid Appliance and we"re grateful. They sent Freddie out the same day (it was a Friday). We needed a new dryer coil. They ordered the part and called us promptly on Sunday to install on Monday. The tech arrived on time and installed the coil. Later that afternoon, our vent hose detached but they came back the same day (5pm) and attached a new O-ring so the hose wouldn't budge. It's been 2 weeks and all is well. We're so glad we used them. Quick, prompt service and affordable pricing!“

“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.“
