“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.“

“I would recommend Columbia Flooring to anyone who asks me. They came to me from a recommendation from a friend and when I reached out I talked to the owner Ed. He was great in asking all the questions to get an understanding of what I needed done. I was replacing all of my flooring (carpet and some hardwood) with luxury vinyl. I live in a one bedroom condo so not while a huge project, living in a one bedroom always can make it challenging for moving furniture around. They did a great job.It took them 2 ½ days to complete the project and the flooring looked great. There was one hiccup though and while we know mistakes do happen from time to time, Columbia Flooring was very communicative and wanted to make it right. After sending some videos of the area they sent someone out to look and he confirmed it needed to be fixed. They were able to come back and fix the one area and I have no complaints.Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me wanting to make sure I knew when people were coming to my house, making sure I was happy with how the final flooring came out etc. They would always reach out to me before I even had a chance to contact them. I should also mention, they were very reasonably priced in my opinion. I really can’t say enough good things about the work they did and all of the professionalism from everyone I came in contact with.“
