My service at First Clinic was great. I was able to make an appointment quickly and the service exceeded my expectations. The office staff were all pleasant and personable. I had lab work completed with Patricia--and it was quick, easy and pain-free.

I remember every time going here getting great service! The staff is always professional and has treated me very well. I would highly recommend the practice for anyone in the potomac area. I wish there was a way to make appointments online, pay online, and view records through something like eClinicalWorks Healow. But the service more than makes up for that.The times that I had to go with insurance we had to submit all claims manually to CareFirst, Aetna, and United Healthcare and the reimbursement was done through them. I haven't been in a long time so I don't know if this has changed.
