detailing the special case of a sub panel which provided circuits to pool equipment. Milton had to rearrange and enhance support for the post holding pool electrical boxes & the subpanel, for example. Retrenching & new conduit were required, and care was taken to limit the area of lawn affected. Milton took care with the grounds keeping around access point to the house panel. I could go on. “Technician Rick showed up early on Monday to address a series of malfunctioning lights. He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day.
