“Our basement window well failed during a recent storm; 2" of rain in less than one hour resulted in 12"+ of window-well water coming in through the window frame in less than 1.5 hours. The next morning, I called four companies: Robert Bollinger at Storm Waterproofing responded quickly and was able to visit our home and give a quote faster than of the other companies. My husband was home for Robert's visit (as well as one other company), and was impressed with Robert's knowledge of how to fix the problem.
