“I came to District Performance & Physio after suffering a sudden knee injury a month before my first half-marathon. I felt pretty defeated and very uncertain about my chances of completing this run. But with the expertise and support of my PT Ariella and student in training Julyana, I crossed that finish line! They set up custom workout programs tailored to me which were easily available and updated via an app on your phone. They are also very responsive through text and email. After experiencing some pain the week before my run, I reached out to District P&P through text and Ariella called me that same day. They really do care about their clients and the personal touch and kindness they show really shines. Pro-Tip: Try to have at least one session with their official greeter Olivia the golden retriever. She’s the BEST!“
“My family and I highly recommend Sebastian for physical therapy. We found him based on online reviews and we agree fully with the stellar ratings. He is polite, professional, respectful, but still very friendly and personable. My 86 year old husband hates exercise and rehab but Sebastian managed to always encourage him perfectly and got my husband to comply. Not an easy feat!! He has a great demeanor and was always flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours. Recommend without hesitation.“
“Star Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Review
Turning 96 in June 2024, I have had excellent health but experienced a number of minor injuries conducive to using physical therapy. So I had had previous experience with this kind of treatment. The time I spent at Star was the best.
To begin with, the facility is pleasant, with large windows, and very well laid out so that three or four therapists can work freely with patients with different levels of need. The atmosphere is welcoming and exudes a sense of community, working together to produce comfort and high performance. Sam Dozier, receptionist and Therapist Aide, greets people warmly, tirelessly arranges schedules to suit your convenience, and throughout your time there offers compassionate support.
I worked alternately with Kyra Corradin and Aysha Ehsan. To sum up, I found them to be kind, caring, and focused. They are professionals with a special understanding of the power of movement to refresh and restore. Although work in the sessions is directed to particular areas of the body, the target is the whole person, not just a sore neck or knee. Kyra and Aysha began each session by asking how I was feeling that day with an interest not only in physical issues, but also in my spirits and general outlook. Their goal was to make me feel better through movement specifically directed to areas needing attention. If I indicated pain in a particular area, they would begin by massaging that spot, literally demonstrating the common expression, “I can feel your pain.”
I always did feel better after my sessions. However, both therapists strongly emphasized the importance of taking personal responsibility for learning and doing prescribed exercises at home. I thought they were great teachers, very good practitioners of their trade, and good at motivating me to carry on the lessons ourselves.“
“Want the secret to not being injured anymore, curing all your aches and pains, and living forever? Me too. But Dr. Zamir is the next best thing and if you read this review and don't start PT with Z, then you will have 10 years of bad luck guaranteed. Stop trying to fix it with youtube + google and come see Z. See you there ~~~“
“I’ve been going to CNMR for two years now for chronic pain management. I’ve primarily worked with Juhi, but I’ve also worked with Elle and Lauren when Juhi wasn’t available. Everyone on staff has been excellent. I highly recommend CNMR.“
“No matter what is happening with your body, Danelle will know exactly how to cater to your issue and your body. Not only is Danelle warm with hands made of gold, but she makes sure you are equip with knowledge and exercises to take care of yourself until your next visit. Go see Danelle!“
“The concierge service with Little Feet is amazing! It’s convenient that our PT, Megan, comes to our house and helps build our son’s skills and confidence in a familiar setting.“
“I can't emphasize enough how much the Sports Pro PT & Aquatic Center helped me get back to function. I had been suffering with two bad ankles after a really bad accident and was starting to think that this was going to be my "new normal" but thank GOD I started working with Dr. Johnson and her team here. They were caring and empathic to me and listened to what I felt I was experiencing. After about 2.5 months of PT Dr. Johnson recommended I go see Anderson Clinic, I ended up having the brostrom procedure done and the SPPTAC team were there for me afterwards to help me on my journey.I cannot recommend them enough, it has been 1 year post op and I am finally feeling like myself again (still a journey but wow a lot of progress!) and wanted to say thank you, with this recommendation!“
“Dr. Cooper worked with my daughter who is a competitive climber. Dr. Cooper did a thorough exam followed by some initial therapy and recommended a course of treatment. We saw results during the first session and in her climbing immediately afterward. We would highly recommend BetaPT for those climbers out there looking for additional mobility or PT.“
“Tony Touma at CORE is fantastic. He's done more for rehabbing my knee in a few weeks after replacement surgery than Phoenix people did in six months. That's because he spends all his time manipulating my knee and figuring out how my body mechanics are not working a year after surgery. He then gives me the proper exercises to do at home to rebuild my knee strength and flexibility where it is off kilter. Phoenix in Tenleytown just had me doing exercises for the whole 45 minutes I was there and did almost no body manipulation. It was in and out for everyone with little hands on work, especially work that would identify what was wrong. I can't say enough about Tony Touma and CORE.“

“Professional, Black, Passionate, Kind, Caring, Safe, Organized, Knowledgeable, just Awesome.
I felt like I was being taken cared of by family. And a bonus was that 2 of the DPTs were Howard University graduates. YouKnow!!“
“Patty is a miracle worker. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for almost three years now. After 6 doctors and 4 physical therapists I came across Patty and she completely changed the game. I am finally seeing improvement after she recognized that my biggest issue is how tight I am everywhere. With her work I am finally almost pain free for the first time in years. I highly, highly recommend her and I now to go to her for any PT I need.“
“Kevin is very professional and very friendly and knowledge. I will recommend him to others.“
“Michelle helped me recover from a chronic shoulder pain - it's not only about the treatment per se during the sessions, but also her holistic approach and advice that enables you to make shifts in your daily routine with a longterm positive impact on your health. Thank you Michelle!“
“To have a productive physical therapy session you must also have amental plan. The therapist and the patient need tocommunicate the ultimate goal: healing. Thank you Dr. Wyatt for words of encouragement/expectation. A little bit of relief can be a positive change for your life.“
