I’m used to deep tissue massages and this was the opposite of that! Her light touch and knowing hands created so much movement in my upper spine and ribs, which also opened up my chest! I haven’t felt this much freedom in years. Danelle was also super sweet and suggested exercises for me keep up my mobility!
