The trainers are friendly, kind, and caring and they tailor their approach to each individual dog’s need and personality. I felt that they truly knew and loved our dog.“

6225 Glen Falls Rd, Reisterstown“My family had a wonderful experience with Wilde Acres and would highly recommend this training facility to our friends and family. Our shelter dog, Gunther, was a bit of a handful after being in the shelter for three year… We had him for about a year before we decided that we needed some professional help. Carter and his team were amazing, communicative, helpful and responsive during the entire process. We elected the four-week program for Gunther, and we saw significant improvements in his behavior, dog reactivity, listening skills, recall and so much more.
Carter and Alexis, thank you for taking the time to make Gunther a great family dog for us. We are very appreciative of all of your efforts and have been keeping up the lessons at home as you have given us the tools to be successful!
We plan on bringing Gunther back here for boarding in the future.“

11809 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

14454 Old Hanover Rd, Reisterstown“We took our 16 week puppy for his first groom today. I was not sure about leaving him for his groom and what his reaction would be. He came out looking refreshed and happy. The groomer called and told us about a small spot on his nose area which was discovered after trimming his face and removing some built up eye discharge ( all normal stuff) and then the manager came out as well to make sure we were aware. I really appreciated their attentiveness . The groomer also gave us some ideas to help ease him into his longer appointments when he gets a little older . I would highly recommend for grooming !! We will definitely be using RBK for all future grooming .“

152 Chartley Dr, Reisterstown“We had to write to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the great Reactive Dog classes! Owen really got a lot from them - as did we! - and he'll be coming back for DOCTORS classes later in the summer. We were very impressed that the trainers truly moved at the DOGS' comfort level, using only positive reinforcements, never overwhelming anyone but in the end moving us all along faster than expected.
The class doesn't just set the dogs up for success at school - it sets up for real world success, like this: we took Owen for a walk last night, and from behind a fence there was a burst of unexpected, loud barking and the sound of a dog charging.
Owen looked at the fence, but then immediately checked in and focused to get a treat, then just continued on, ignoring the dog behind the fence. we didn't need to distract or ask Owen to look or anything - he just heard the dog, checked and acknowledged it, then immediately checked back calmly.
We know this is from the repetition and positive reinforcement from the class. It really works!“

246 Cockeysville Rd, Cockeysville“When we go out of town and are unable to take our dog with us, Best Friends Fur Ever is our go to dog boarding place. We love Best Friends Fur Ever because of it being easy to make an appointment. Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.“
“Tanzi tremendously helped my reactive rescue dog shortly after we got him. Before rescuing him, he never had a stable home and was in and out of shelters for his first 2 years of life. After my husband and I adopted him, he was extremely reactive to trucks, other dogs, wildlife, and overall is an anxious dog. He also would become very worked up when meeting new people and would jump on them. Tanzi not only helped us read his body language and understand his needs, but she also taught us amazing techniques for what to do when he encounters a trigger. She came to our home for each lesson and even met us at a local park to help with his reactivity. He is a bigger dog and I was worried he would be too reactive for training, but Tanzi handled him with ease, kindness, and confidence. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her services and I highly respect her and her advice. Her dedication and love for dogs shines brightly and I will always recommend her to anyone looking for a dog trainer!!!!“
