Called Farnen and Dermer on A Wednesday night due to our air conditioning system not blowing correctly and coils were frozen over. Talked to a tech on the phone, told me what to do to help defrost what was not visible to me. Scheduled an appointment immediately for the next morning. After looking and troubleshooting a 15 year old system, best recourse was to replace both the furnace and outside unit which they completed the same day by 4pm which was great. Techs went over all the details of the unit, explained all the services they did and any issues they found and fixed. Called F&D to assess my faulty AC. Determined that it needed to be replaced (it was 23 years old) and gave a competitive estimate (I had other estimates). Started the removal of the old system the same day (around noon) and completed the installation the following day. The staff was prompt professional and knowledgeable.
Great job and service. Prompt and easy to work with. As usual great experience. I wish I could add photos to show the work done. But, for some reason I'm not able to upload the photos. All of the ppl who installed my boiler system were friendly and knowledgeable of the job at hand.
