From the moment I called and spoke with the receptionist I felt like a valued customer. I have had Ambassador Services out to my home several times for different repairs. Tony, my technician always communicated and was on time. Tony was also very respectful of my home, wearing shoe coverings and worked neat and cleanly. Thank you Ambassador for being an honest company that does great work right the first time! Your technician was extremely courteous and on time -- and had the parts needed to service my 2-zone HVAC on the hottest of days. He assessed the problem, ran additional checks to be sure, and had the house cooling down in no time. This was especially important since I have respiratory allergies that can trigger asthma.
