“Ed was simply amazing! He’s kind, professional, and knows his stuff! I recently had a new dryer installed. The dryer wasn’t powering on and the installers said that it was the breaker. I thought that was interesting considering that my home is newly built but things happen all the time. I called Ed and he told me what part I needed to get free of charge. He squeezed me in and he explained everything along the way. Also, the price for the service was very fair. It was determined that my breaker was just fine as expected and the installers did not install my dryer correctly. Smh! Thank you Ed for your time, service, and information.
