“I have used Scott's services 3 times now, and I've been happy every time. I had an issue with my outside outlets not working and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me at no charge to diagnose the issue. I ended up figuring out the issue right before my scheduled appointment. It was exactly as Scott said -- some GCFI I didn't know existed had tripped and cut off power. When he came, I was fully expecting to be charged for the visit, but he did not charge me. In fact, he stayed for almost 30 minutes answering my questions about other concerns I had in the house due to the previous owner's poor electrical work. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows. “I learned of Bad Monkey from the Tesla website when I was looking for an electrician to install my charger. I selected them based upon the reviews and their fast response to my initial inquiry and the estimate. Larry and Nick arrived exactly when they were scheduled and immediately got to work. They did a super job, ran the wires across the width of the house and totally cleaned up any residue from the access points. They worked with me to find the best way to position the charger next to our driveway, commissioned and tested the charger and answered all of my questions. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend Bad Monkey for any electrical work in the future.“
