“This company came highly recommended and after having them to our house I could see why. I noticed some decayed wood trim around my front door. We called Benware and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled a free inspection. Alan determined immediately that we have termites. He continued to inspect every nook and cranny to try and find more evidence. He explained to me what termites are, how they behave and how he treats for them. He uses the highest quality materials and said that it will last for at least 10 years, but most likely 15. He showed were he would drill holes in some cement areas around my house, where he would trench, etc. He is very personable, calm and patient. Alan is the owner of the company, does all of the inspections and applies all pesticide. He quickly scheduled me for an appointment, showed up on time and did the work quickly as described. Would definitely use him again, but not for years and years. I should add that the treatment comes with a 2 year warranty which can be extended thereafter for a small fee.“

“Always courteous and professional. The product itself is as good as you're going to get though there is no panacea for mosquito eradication. DeJuan and other techs are always courteous, professional and take the time to talk to you about problem areas and extra treatment. Not sure you can do better other than convincing all your neighbors to do the same and join the fight!“

“I had a rash/bites that my dermatologue could not distinguish whether were due to bites by an unknown bug or some other reaction. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. I did not need the follow up treatment but I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall approach.“

“Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.

I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.

He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.

We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.

“I had called around to get some quotes and information on mosquito control for our home. After shopping around I had chosen Capitol Mosquito for the job.I have never done a service like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. We do have kids so we didn't want to use any chemicals. “Had an inspector named Steve Babcock come out to my house recently to treat for ants in the kitchen & bathroom along with other various bugs in the basement. Just 1 day after treatment, no bugs no ants. Fair price for treatment & knowledge.“

“We should have written this review sooner! We sent a message to Kolley's late one evening. First thing, the next day, they called to hear more about our concerns. They were quick to schedule Hugo to come out to assess and treat our issue(s). We have/had a rodent issue and Hugo effectively identified the issues, treated the areas of concern and was super knowledgeable. He placed bait and assured us that this was a solution that would help. The very next day, we saw that the bait had been eaten and the plan was working. A couple of weeks later, they scheduled a follow-up and what do you know... all the baits had been eaten. They re-treated and we expect that the plan will keep working.

Hugo was excellent. The best part (besides getting rid of our rodent issue) is that Hugo walked the property with us, showed us where he sees a need for treatment and educated us on how the remedies will work.
