After having a less than desirable service visit, I called the company to send us a new technician to do the service accordingly. The company quickly set up a new appointment and sent us a fantastic technician. A huge thanks goes out to Shawn for taking the time to service our sentricon baits with care and patience. He took the time to find the stations (which were covered), installed some new ones, and moved some other ones to ensure they were all located in the right place to work properly. We are very happy with the quality of service provided.

Sean and Home Paramount are serving me and my family the best service I can get in Gaithersburg. Sean is an excellent tech, using his special knowledge of mouse behavior to eliminate the very large infestation of mice that had become a real bad problem for us here. Not only have he and other Home Paramount technicians provided the means to kill and or trick mice into situations that will leaD them away, and keep them out of the house especially in winter, Sean has educated me so I can also be a force for our own good. Home Paramount has been extremely serious about this job of helping us with our mouse problem. Thank you Sean, thank you Home Paramount!

I was lucky to reach out and speak to Ken from Gaithersburg. I don't do well with things that creep or crawl. He assured me that we would be able to deal with my problem, and that my home would once again feel like my own. He had an answer for every question, and I had a few to say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through what can be done for me step by step. It is not often that someone will not only help solve your issue, but let you know that it's okay to have questions. Ken was able to do both. I'm so greatful to know that I'm going through this situation with the help of someone who can see how important it is to feel safe in your home.
