“My experience at EyeWorks Vision Care Center has been exceptional. Owner and Optician David Richards is extraordinarily skilled at providing the best possible frames, fitting, and experience for customers. When it comes to eyewear, I should admit that I am one of those very picky customers (and David was so patient with me as I tried on many frames). I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I had already looked at two other optical stores before finding exactly what I wanted at EyeWorks. But beyond the look of my frames, they are expertly cut lenses. In the past, I've made the mistake of trying discount shops, including Warby Parker, Costco, and Kaiser Vision. Frankly, they didn't get my lenses cut properly, and my vision was compromised. Both pairs of glasses I got from David are stylish, and I see better than ever. The other team members, including Alan and Julie, were also great to work with. You can tell that I am a huge fan of this shop, having just discovered it last month. If you need new glasses or sunglasses, this is the place to go!“

“Dr. Brodak is great lol I never want to change eye doctors if possible. Explains everything he’s doing and why. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I feel that he genuinely cares everytime I go to his office. I didn’t get the front desk staffs name but they are also kind. I forgot I wanted to submit my receipt for reimbursement from my insurance and when I called them and asked if it was possible to email it to me, they didn’t hesitate to say yes and send it to me. “I traveled up the metro from DC, and was well greeted when I came in. All my questions and concerns were addressed by the staff and Dr. Adriana Esten. She is an excellent optometrist with a fantastic team. I felt at ease and have no hesitation returning there.“

“By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

“Found Dr. Ephraim after finding him recommended by neighbors and had a perfect experience. I had been doing to another practice for a couple years, but they seemed to be focused more on senior patients and it was a cumbersome process. My experience with Dr. Ephraim was 5-stars across the board! He was timely, there was never any waiting, and it was overall an extremely pleasant, easy process. There was no puff of air (argh! thank goodness), yet he had technology that I've never had used on me from other places that was able to show detailed digital images of my eyes and its cones, etc. He prioritized both the health aspect of my eyes as well as the accuracy and optimization of the prescription which was exactly what I was hoping for. There was no pressure to buy glasses or contacts from them, which I appreciated. Dr. Ephraim was also super-personable and funny, and his staff was efficient and professional. I paid out of pocket because I didn't like the experience I had elsewhere, and it was worth it, but he does take multiple vision insurance providers. Note: I did originally have trouble connecting with them for an appointment and didn't get an answer the first couple times. I called a bit earlier and that helped to finally connect.“

“I brought my daughter in about 2 years ago because of her poor eyesight. Since she has begun her treatment for her myopia her eyes have not gotten worse and she can see 20/20! She accomplishes this by simply wearing contacts while she sleeps to correct her eyesight. During the day she does not need to wear glasses or contacts! I highly recommend Treehouse eyes and Dr. Reinhart and the front staff Wendy they have been very helpful and resourceful through this whole process.“

I especially appreciated the way Jody diligently handled my order when there was some unexpected delay filling my prescription. Even though the delay was out of Voorthius's control, Jody took complete ownership of it, truly going above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with my new glasses when they were ready. (I am!) “I don't review often but wanted to add one here because both my wife and I made eye exam appointments this year, (it was time) and after going through the initial eye tests, checks and pictures (without dilation), we then saw Gabriela Miller, O.D. for review, discussion and additional testing. We were both happy with what she did, and how everything was explained clearly. Prescription eyewear selection followed and that was fairly smooth as well. I thought the frames selection was somewhat limited but I don't have anything to compare to currently. Overall happy with everything, and will return in the future.“
