“I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.

I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service.

It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. I arrived there 43 minutes early because I knew-- as a new patient--I would have to fill out an application.

Dr. Cole examined my body thoroughly. I like that she talks to me during examination--asking questions and explaining things to me.

The whole process was smooth from the application to the examination. Thus, I gave a 5*“

“I have an excellent experience seeing doctor Kavita Goyal. She is knowledgeable, skillful and a good listener. She makes you feel at ease to talk to her about your problems. Her staff are very warm and friendly. I strongly recommend her if you need a good dermatologist.“

“Excellent initial exam! Joan is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Got to appointment early and was seen on time. Plenty of free parking. Patient portal provides very useful information and is easy to navigate.
The only downside to this practice is that all phone calls are handled through a national call center. Expect to wait a while before your call is answered and don't expect to be connected to your practice office or provider if you want to speak with them. Wish this weren't the case. My 5 star rating excludes the national call center issue. And by the way, if you need to contact Joan directly, you can reach out to her via the portal (but I haven't had to use that feature yet).“

“A lot of these reviews seem to actually be of the clinical side. The doctor’s office is distinct from the medspa. Erica is amazing at what she does! It’s a long drive for me but absolutely worth it because of her great eye for beauty and incredible skill. In my opinion, that’s what matters most about a medspa - everything else is just fluff. I am picky and Erica understands my face perfectly. Her intuition for what looks good is a product of both her experience and her unique artistry. Highly recommend.“

“Dr Lin is very nice and extremely perky but I'm not 100% sure she is really listening to the issues you are describing. A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor“

She knows her field and is exceptionally competent. She is super nice, totally understanding and never makes you feel bad. In fact she always makes me feel better.
