They keep sending me a bill with no explanation of what it is for. And they recently turned it over to some collection agency. When I contacted the collection agency they said the bill is for the cost of installing "water and sewer" into my new home. I have no idea what that means and it's an annual bill that must be paid until the duration of the mortgage. I plan to fight the bill

Extremely jankie company as a whole there is no explanation of why I owe them money after paying off a full balance, they can’t even keep their billing process consistent and blame issue on systems.

I do not even understand who or what this company is. I have owned my house for 2 years and just recently started receiving a bill from this company. There is no explanation on what the bill is or why I owe them this money. I pay my water and sewage through my county so I do not understand why I would need to pay another bill for this. I reached out the company via phone and left a voicemail and was never contacted back. I think it is very unprofessional and seems like a scam to send an unknown “bill” in the mail without and explanation on what and why this money is due.
