After years of dealing with a horrible Property Management Company , I cant applaud or recommend Next Level Rentals enough. WOW, just WOW! Working with Mayra , Adrienna and Nurith has been such a pleasurable experience . They responded very quickly and worked so hard to get the issues resolved just as quickly. What a wonderful change.

We had an excellent experience working with Nurith and the team at Next Level Rentals! They inherited a property that we owned that already had tenants in it, and made the transition seamless. The team was available with quick responses by email (and even phone call at times) for any of our questions/concerns or needs. They also helped us hire contractors rehab the property after our tenants moved out, and eventually sold the property for us. The nice part of this company is that they are not only a rental management company, but they are also realtors. We personally have used them as realtors twice this year, and have had nothing but good experiences when selling properties with them. The team is kind, responsive, knowledgeable and hands on. Their prices are affordable and they treat repeat customers very well. If you are looking for the total package of a rental management company, this is it!
