My son just got his braces on Wednesday, and Evelyn helped to prep him and also go through all the ins/outs of caring for his braces. He said she was very kind to him and very helpful. He really enjoyed working with her.
Dr Chen & the rest of the office staff is great. My son was given a full kit to help with caring for his braces (it includes everything you need!!), along with a new water pick. He was also given a $10 Starbucks gift card. :)

I absolutely love Dr Chen, and will highly recommend her! I visited her office in April 2022 for a braces consultation. Due to the arrangement of my teeth, Invisalign was not an option so we went the traditional braces route. She estimated my treatment would last 2 years, and like clock work, my braces were removed early May 2024 with great results! At the start of my treatment, she advised that I may need jaw surgery to correct my severe cross bite but the braces took care of most of the issue. Whenever I visit her office, it's always a lovely experience. She and her staff always have a pleasant demeanor. Thank you, Dr Chen! ? I love my new smile ♥️
Dr. Chen is the best orthodontist I've ever had. She and her team were exceptionally professional and friendly, making me feel very welcome. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The attention to detail and the level of care provided were outstanding. Dr. Chen explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. My teeth have never looked better, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her team to anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care.
