“We have used this firm for years, and despite occasional rate increases, their value is top-notch! They come on time, with a multiple person crew, and in just about an hour's time, they change our bed linens and clean several rooms! (That includes washing our kitchen and dining room floors). The crew has a team leader who is bilingual, and is responsive to occasional non-standard cleaning needs. Our split level home with three bathrooms definitely looks better after they leave! They would be ideal for a home either needing regular cleaning (and they even catch occasional things stuck in the upholstery as they did this morning), or getting ready to be sold and/or staged. “Concrete Etc. is an amazing company to work with. Their personnel are very courteous, responsive and professional. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy. And of course, they come equipped with all the right tools and clean potions that I don't have.
