Horrible experience been waiting for a new CNA since the end of January and it’s now almost May. I’m disabled in a wheelchair and can’t care for myself and I feel like they care less.

I heard this was one of the best home healthcare agencies. I think they only keep their reputation because they’ll only take you as a client if you need care 8 am to 5 pm and your shift is eight hours. That’s babysitting/companion care hours, not home healthcare. If you need personal card, look elsewhere. I’m giving two stars only because they were nice.

I've worked for many homecare companies during my career as a nurse in both Colorado and Maryland. I've especially enjoyed working for Maxim. I began as a bedside LPN/RN, and now I'm a Clinical Supervisor. What has impressed me most about this company is its honest business practices and determination to provide quality care. I love working with the nurses to provide safe nursing skills specifically designed to meet client's individual needs. You will never see more dedicated employees than those we have in our office. They are incredible because they know they're working for a great homecare organization.
