This organization has helped us so much during a very difficult time. The aides are amazing and very helpful and intuitive with my father. Barbette, Lionel, Sarah, Laurel and many others are professional and attentive. Thank you for your service.
I highly praise Home Instead Pasadena. We needed care very quickly due to an emergency situation and they stepped up to the plate. Creezy, the client care consultant is an amazing person to work and a great communicator. I am very please with this company and their professionalism.
We only used them for a couple of weeks, but they provided the best service possible. All of the aids were wonderful. Kim Lynch was phenomenal, she was so helpful and provided fast schedule/service changes when needed. This company truly cares about all the people they serve. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them highly.
