“We were referred to Aaction by our home owners insurance, following an unexpected flooding of our home. We were overwhelmed, underprepared, and unknowledgeable in aspects of home repairs and renovations to this degree. From start to finish, our project manager was open in communication, relentlessly supportive, collaborative with our insurance company to reduce efforts made on our end, and consistently professional. He coordinated many moving pieces between flooring and railing companies, made many trips to companies and stores on our behalf, and was a consistent presence in our home throughout repairs to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards. Our contractor and his team were fast, efficient, and left us with the most beautiful renovations we could have asked for. (To say that I am a perfectionist with a Type A personality is an understatement, and their work exceeded my expectations!) Though this is not how we would have chosen to meet Aaction and their teams, we are so happy to have this relationship with them for any improvements we plan to make moving forward. Thank you again! I greatly appreciate the care, attention and concern Mike showed for my Dad and making sure he had minimal disruption. Mike set up a coffee, toaster, fridge station in his hall so he was not stranded without basics. He even caught a big creepy spider for me, lol. Job site was always kept clean and items were packed with great care. I found the owner, Mr. Babessi, to be knowledgeable, approachable, and a true professional in his business and skilled craftsmanship. Prior to the installation, he inspected the area, addressed how the flooring would be approached to ensure maximum elegance and to expedite the installation. The work crew were skilled craftsmen as well and that was amplified in the craftsmanship of replacing the bullnose step. It looks magnificent! The team completed the work in just two and a half days and this was a fairly large project consisting of 1300 square feet and 24 steps. “IFS put a great floor coating in our common area hallways and bathrooms. It looks great, the install was quick, and the surfaces are easy to clean. It also looks clean all the time. It does not show the dirt/grime in out bathrooms that the tile/grout showed in our last office. Even if it has not been cleaned for a few days, it still looks clean. This is a big benefit for when we have customers stopping in. If you are looking for a new bathroom floor, I highly recommend.“

Last December (2024) I contracted with Ace Handyman Services Annapolis to do a lot of work in my bathroom and to paint a few ceilings. I was absolutely blown away by the high level of the work, and Jim A. was very patient with all of my questions. ACE is a little bit more expensive, but I'd never go anywhere else.
