“Sit Means Sit was the exact type of training experience that my family was looking for to help us train our 10 month old puppy. The trainers are friendly, kind, and caring and they tailor their approach to each individual dog’s need and personality. I felt that they truly knew and loved our dog.“
“My experience was amazingly refreshing the Dr and nurse was so caring and gentle with my dog. They made us feel like family the advice and honesty the Dr gave was genuine and so was the nurse thank u again.???“
“Savannah and the rest of the team are great! They are the only boarders and trainers that my corso trust and love.“
“I cannot recommend Tanzi enough! She really helped us gain back a sense of control with our wild, large breed puppy and we are so grateful. She has a very calm and warm presence and is incredibly knowledgeable. Every visit was efficient and she gave us the tools to better understand our dog's behavior which I think is so important when training! We had looked into some other training programs in the area, some that use collar reinforcement and I am so glad we went with Tanzi instead using just a more gentle and positive reinforcement method. It really does work! I loved her website and there is a TON of information that is helpful to use in between visits. If you are looking for a dog trainer Tanzi is definitely the way to go for a very personalized experience!“
“I have been going to the village vet for 12 years... by far I love Dr. McIntyre and also the practice manager Kendall. I use to live in the city and moved to the county... so driving back is not convenient... I do it because of my trust in Kendall and Dr.McIntyre... they so so professional and have helped me take care of my 3 pups and now two. Im grateful to have them!“
“Brandonwood is my puppy’s happy place. She runs to the gate every morning when I drop her off and is exhausted when I pick her up. They are great with daycare and boarding. Highly recommend!!“
“We had to write to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the great Reactive Dog classes! Owen really got a lot from them - as did we! - and he'll be coming back for DOCTORS classes later in the summer. We were very impressed that the trainers truly moved at the DOGS' comfort level, using only positive reinforcements, never overwhelming anyone but in the end moving us all along faster than expected.
The class doesn't just set the dogs up for success at school - it sets up for real world success, like this: we took Owen for a walk last night, and from behind a fence there was a burst of unexpected, loud barking and the sound of a dog charging.
Owen looked at the fence, but then immediately checked in and focused to get a treat, then just continued on, ignoring the dog behind the fence. we didn't need to distract or ask Owen to look or anything - he just heard the dog, checked and acknowledged it, then immediately checked back calmly.
We know this is from the repetition and positive reinforcement from the class. It really works!“
“We love PUPS Dog Obedience Training. We have a high-drive, working Labrador retriever named Mason who has gone through the puppy course, 8-week obedience course, rally courses, and competitive obedience training with Karen and Kristin. They have always been there for us every step of the way through success at his first trial, and the many challenges that come with training a dominant, high-drive dog. I daresay that Mason would be a VERY different dog if not for our training with PUPS (and not in a good way).
For the last few years, we have also boarded Mason with PUPS when we are away. As stated previously, Mason is a high-drive, dominant dog. Karen and Kristin are about the only people we trust to keep Mason safe, stimulated, and healthy when we are out of town. PUPS boarding is unique in that they do not let dogs run/play together in a big room, unlike many other kennels in the area. Kristin provides many long walks for the dogs that are staying, plays with them individually, and they even have a dog treadmill used for some dogs if it is too hot to exercise/walk outside. PUPS also communicates very well throughout your dog's stay and administers any sort of medication your dog needs. Kristin has even taken our dog to the vet in the past in an emergency situation.
Mason is 11 years old, and we will continue to lean on PUPS as long as we have training/boarding needs. When the time comes (hopefully not too soon), we'll use PUPS for any future dogs we have as well. Karen and Kristin are truly the best! I cannot recommend or review them highly enough.“
“I have been going to Love Those Paws for cat sitting services since about 2016. They are always responsive, accommodating, and attentive. They have always followed instructions well, and leave detailed notes on how each and every visit goes. Over all these years, they have been immensely helpful for an anxious and disorganized cat mom with high maintenance fur babies.“
“I really recommend this place for your pet’s needs. Is handled by professional veterinarians. My frenchie was on a very critical situation recently and they knew how to handle it quickly and effectively. My boy is healthy now. Thanks TLC for pers.“
“We signed our rescue dog up for Basic Obedience and Elizabeth was great! She was so patient and great at explaining things, and empowering us to be effective and consistent trainers of our own dog. We all learned so much and appreciated having her to answer our specific questions. The class was small enough that everyone got personal attention. Plus added bonus, everyone was spaced out and outside with masks on, so it felt very safe in the midst of the pandemic. We're so grateful!“
“All the doctors, with special mention of Dr. DiStephan, always give the best care to our dog, Tango. They always go above and beyond.“
“We take our three dogs to Countryside, and have worked with every vet there now during the past three years. Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.“
“Beautiful clean place for horse riding lessons. The horses stalls are well kept so are the horses. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.“
“Love going to Best Friends, they treat my Shepsky really great and know how to handle him since he can be a handful. They always greet him as soon as he gets in the door and update me every time he stays. I definitely don't have no worries when we leave him there, we know he is in great hands. Thank you Best Friends for all you do.“
“I have nothing but praise for Countryside Vet Clinic. I and my dogs have always been treated with the best care possible. All of the Vets, Techs and front office are always cheerful and listen to your concerns.“
“The facility was very clean and staff was very helpful with getting the right animal.very much recommend for an animal adoption save a pet.“
“I needed my cats nails cut asap. Catonsville location allowed me to come in the same day. When i called Owings mills location, no one from grooming ever answered the phone. When someone else answered from another dept, i was told to put my name on a list and Miles would call me back. I've put my name on the list before and no one called me back. I've gone to Owings mills location several times asking about getting my cats nails cut and no one is ever available. Catonsville location was very friendly and made time to fit me in for something that would only take 5 minutes.“
“I took my Travia my 15 yr old cat to liberty animal clinic due to a foot injury. The amount of care that was given was amazing and it wasn't bad either.
I love this husband and wife team. My baby is doing better than ever. Thank you Thank you.“
