Her scheduling is prime and the cut may be quick but may be the best haircut you have ever had! Handicap note: this location is up a single flight of stairs, I do not know if there is access via elevator, I did not see one during my last visit. May be work calling ahead before scheduling.“
“Highly recommend PHIPPS for your barbering needs! I brought my son to see her today and she did such a good job on his hair. He got a low fade. Everything is very even and well blended. My son also has textured hair (3B) which can be a challenge for some barbers but she did such a good job getting it flat and blended. She’s also very friendly & someone my son felt safe and comfortable with. Definitely check her out!“
