“Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.

I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.

He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.

We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.

“Excellent customer service, called on a Sunday with a pest problem in the dryer vent. They had the option for emergency service with an extra charge. Decided to have them swing by on Monday morning. The tech was very approachable and spent the time to explain how the vent covers work. Since he didn't have all the vents, he offered to come back the next day to install them.
