Excellent customer service, called on a Sunday with a pest problem in the dryer vent. They had the option for emergency service with an extra charge. Decided to have them swing by on Monday morning. The tech was very approachable and spent the time to explain how the vent covers work. Since he didn't have all the vents, he offered to come back the next day to install them. To my surprised he showed up in the afternoon to finish the job! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Adcock's service for dealing with wildlife that have managed to encroach on living space. Everyone was kind and professional, particularly Aaron, who set and checked the traps that finally caught the squirrel that had chewed through wood along the drip edge to make a nest in the eave. Aaron showed up every morning, left notes to keep me informed, and finally communicated with me via phone, as our squirrel was very reluctant to be captured. Aaron decided on another space for a trap, and loaded it with lots of goodies that our squirrel could not resist. We have had several contacts with this company and all have been very satisfactory. They are responsive, prompt and professional. Their personnel were very easy to work with and clearly knew what they were doing. I am generally known as a tough grader, but this operation is first rate and I comfortably give them a well-deserved 5 star rating.
