“It's been years and I have never done this but I see my neighbors hire exterminator after exterminator, as did I until this company. Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that's contract work. They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. I can tell you how awful it was finding mice all time and now, never.

“We should have written this review sooner! We sent a message to Kolley's late one evening. First thing, the next day, they called to hear more about our concerns. They were quick to schedule Hugo to come out to assess and treat our issue(s). We have/had a rodent issue and Hugo effectively identified the issues, treated the areas of concern and was super knowledgeable. He placed bait and assured us that this was a solution that would help. The very next day, we saw that the bait had been eaten and the plan was working. A couple of weeks later, they scheduled a follow-up and what do you know... all the baits had been eaten. They re-treated and we expect that the plan will keep working.

Hugo was excellent. The best part (besides getting rid of our rodent issue) is that Hugo walked the property with us, showed us where he sees a need for treatment and educated us on how the remedies will work.

“Hired this company to do a heat treatment at my apartment in Rockville Maryland and they did a fantastic job. I had a very bad case of bed bugs that had been going on for several months and they wiped out all the bed bugs in one treatment. Afterwards they did a follow up check and spray just to be sure since the bugs had been coming through the walls in my unit. Their exterminator was extremely friendly and helpful during this entire process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bed bug treatment in the DMV area.
