Sidney serviced our rowhome in dc several times over the course of three years and was always professional, kind, efficient, and effective. Rodents and insects are enough to make anyone panic, but having Sidney on our side always put me at ease. I never regretted a single penny I spent with them!

I would highly recommend Elite Ops to anyone with mice issues. The service cost is very reasonable. Tamara did an awesome job and she was very professional. I've had mice problems in my house for years and couldn't figure out where they were coming from. Tamara thoroughly inspected the entire property and found a couple holes that I never noticed and sent me a report with detailed photos of the entry points. I bought some rodent foam and sealed the holes and no more mice! Great service at a great price, which is hard to come by in the DC area. Wish I would've called sooner.

My second time using their service and the specialists are very kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. It’s also really easy to schedule an appointment. I hope I don’t need them again but will definitely use them if I do!
