Had to call our plumber today, Jeannie took the call, and by luck had Charlie here within the hour. These folks are the absolute best. No nonsense, no upsale, fix what needs to be done and gone. Identified the problem a ten year old T fitting that was almost completely clogged. New parts, and everything is fully humming along. I asked him to grab new water lines for the washer as well. Expect another ten years with no problems.
