Tim at Arbutus Johnstone is the goat, always a pleasure to talk with and goes above and beyond to assist with contractor needs. Zach and the rest of the staff also very helpful.
By far the worst supplier to get parts from! Company needs to definitely set up training classes for staff!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially from a “manager”. I feel attacked, and I would like a response from his higher up.
