They are always very responsive and quick to come out when we have a pest related issue or concern. They send reminder notifications for scheduled maintenance visits and are always timely. “Bill was AMAZING! We have had bees since last June 2023. We tried to get rid of them ourselves and with exterminators, but after months of trying someone told us about Bill, the bee extractor! The bees were in our walls, and coming into our house. Bill came and cut open our ceiling. Removed the bees, and the honey comb, and all the bees wax along with the queen bee and all the worker bees. He then sealed up the opening from the inside of the ceiling and the outside. He filled it up with foam, and fiberglass. He was very professional, and gave us a lesson on bees, which was completely fascinating.He then fixed the hole that he had made, and did such a wonderful job, you couldn't find where he had patched the ceiling. He cleaned up spotless, you would have never know he was here. Our bees are gone, and no more furry fellows coming inside!Thank you again Bill for the job well done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.“

I initially called a previous company that would be a temporary fix to the problem. Recently, the issue reappeared and was worse than ever. “I’ve used this company multiple times for routine treatment. We had an ant problem in our kitchen and they came out to treat it. Initially, we stopped seeing ants, but they eventually came back. Called up Regional Pest Management and they came back to try a different treatment, free of charge. I now use them to spray the outside of my house every spring to prevent insects from getting in. “We had a mouse! Nothing crazy but we could not catch this little guy. We shopped around and landed on Atlantic Pest Control. Shawn is the man! He took care of the mouse and checked the house / plugged holes / laid traps to ensure we didn't have a problem. He then came back TWICE to double check. No extra charge. We had one other place come out because they could come earlier. They checked around and said, "Ya you have a lot of holes." He took pictures all around my house and said, "We recommend you pay monthly/yearly for quarterly check ups and service." He then explained a super thorough hole plugging job they would do. I said, "What have one mouse? We have never had a problem. No bugs. No signs of other problems. This seems overkill." The guy laughed and said, "Well this is what we offer." I said no and he left. Every other place I called was the same story. Trying to lock me into quarterly checks and selling me a major plug holes operation. Not one would come in just to get the mouse. Shawn not only came to get the mouse, he came back twice! No locked in program. This was a month ago and we have had no pest problems since. I will 1000% be calling Atlantic Pest Control in the future and telling everyone I know about them. Trustworthy and hard working. Don't get sold on a recurring payment you don't need to be making with the other guys.“
