I have had my dog for 10 years and had a few dog sitters/walkers, but I have never been happier (and neither has my dog).I have been away for 6 days, so I was very worried about taking Donny (my Boston Terrier) to a dog hotel because she is an older lady and feels more comfortably at home. Paw'Cierge saved my trip! I was able to keep her at home and schedule frequent visits even on New Years Eve. Every morning I received a detailed report and multiple videos of my fur baby having the time of her life. I don't think I've ever seen her that excited. She also got her medicine, food and long walks. When I got home, my kitchen was clean and even my trash was taken out. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would!P.S. Her care giver even wrote a beautiful poem about Donny!“

To see all of the pups daily is a dream come true, it's impossible to not want to walk in and play with them constantly! “Toni helped our dog Boh get his life back. Boh came to us with pretty severe separation anxiety to the point where he could not control his feelings unless we were both home with him; and it would require an hour of soothing from whoever was left to care for him.Thank goodness we came across Toni who may be the dog's trainer, but she really was our therapist and confidant, and an advocate for Boh with his vet and behaviorist to make sure he got the right medications and treatments to assist his training.In the 18 months we trained with Toni, she not only helped Boh through his separation anxiety - my partner and I got date night back! - but she also helped out with various other training needs like Boh's leash reactivity and front door reactivity.Truly forever grateful to Toni who stuck with us through the highs and lows of building Boh's confidence and helped all 3 of us reclaim our lives.“

“My dog has severe separation anxiety, and this is the only place we’ve ever boarded her where she hasn’t destroyed everything she owns. She actually gets really excited when we pull in the driveway, and she realizes where she’s going; then she jumps out of the car so she can run to Mr. Whiteleather. He takes excellent care of her, and she absolutely loves him. I’m happy because Mr. Whiteleather is kind and the price is right. But mostly we continue coming because our dog loves it so much. Be prepared to show copies of your vet records each time and to pay with cash/check.“

“The care I received for my 16 yr old dog has always been outstanding. The vets and entire staff have always been professional and caring which included wellness care, surgeries, teeth cleaning and senior care (heart murmur and kidney disease). I recently had to euthanize my senior dog Pac. As usual they gave us their utmost care and patience. Someone came out to the car to carry Pac inside. We were greeted and a room was ready for us. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and explained the process. I'm thankful I chose PG Animal Hospital to handle the last moments with Pac. We were able to caress Pac and kiss him while he fell asleep peacefully. Thank you for always taking care of Pac. I would recommend PG Animal Hospital to anyone who needs a vet. “I’ve been a patron for more than a year. Dogtopia is wonderful. It is The BEST doggy daycare and boarding facility in the DMV. My mini schnauzer has a huge personality and they never get tired of him. They are highly trained in canine behavior and I can see via web that my Huey responds very well to the staff and he absolutely loves being there. Most importantly, the staff LOVE animals and it shows in how Huey is treated and his behavior. Not only is he well cared for, but always tuckered out when he comes home.“

“Amazing! Dr. Diarra is a subject matter expert in the care of animals. He took my dog within the first 10 minutes of being there, assessed her, gave her a shot to relive her itching and explained everything step by step. He was clear on all the meds needed and I didn't mind paying the price as I received wonderful service for my dog Nala. Bring your dog here for personal service. They are wonderful here and I really appreciated their staff helping me get her cone on her head lol!“

“We switched to District Vet from another practice in the city about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. Hassell has been awesome with our ailing older dog and gave us great guidance and referrals. Last night, we saw Dr. Nichols bc our cat had a weird skin condition that popped up suddenly, and she was amazing. Instead of our fearful kitty peeing all over himself, he relaxed into her massaging hands as she examed him and spoke soothing words. We came home with a calm cat (ok, so he didn't LOVE every moment) who hasn't spent all his time hiding from us, AND he's doing better already. The front desk was kind and quick, and the waiting room is always clean and calm - not a crowded stress fest like at the practice we left.“

“My dog unfortunately failed his evaluation at this location and I was referred to structured daycare. Megan and Mariana are the dream team, my pup was able to transition back to general population as I call it. Perfecto and staff at Shaw are equally amazing. We still visit both locations. District Dogs is simply the best.“

“Myeshia did a great job with our doodle. Available with just a few days notice; very professional and easy upon arrival and departure; haircut looked great. On the pricier side but we will be back!“
