“I am dismayed to see some of these reviews. I think that these people are being at the least disingenuous, and at the worst libelous. I can't help but wonder if the poor reviews are just sour grapes about something else. I have been going to Lisa now for TWO YEARS and getting my tattoo removed slowly and steadily. I have to wait two months or more in between to let my skin totally heal, and then there's the weather and holidays. Her salon is a bit of a drive for me, but it's worth it. My tattoo was dark, and colored red and blue, with titanium dioxide white highlights, the worst colors to use a laser on. I had laser removal before and have the scars to show for it, so Lisa has worked carefully and I am MAYBE one or two away from complete removal with NO SCARRING. I am not charged a lot per session, and Lisa has taken the time and made sure to help me understand all that was involved, especially regarding ways to maximize the healing necessary to get the best result. I am glad I found her, and I would love to see her to get a facial or something a little more relaxing when my tattoo removal is done. Her salon is not set up for crowds. It's beautiful, quiet and she makes sure to block off enough time to ensure everything goes well. She is why I always seek out small businesses to visit. Better customer service, better PERSONAL service, better prices, just better all around experience.“

She is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to her services.I went for semi permanent eyeliner, which is a pretty uncomfortable procedure, but Ping made sure it was as painless as possible. She applied numbing cream and took her time with the procedure. She was very meticulous and I love the results - it was exactly what I was hoping for.She was also very friendly and personable and easy to talk to, which made the procedure more bearable. The theme that kept repeating was how natural the results were and how caring, thorough, and how professional she was.

We had to wait a while because of the number of kids getting back to school styles, my kid included. The work (braids are looking great). I wish someone would have spoken with me about the back up sooner. The owner is very nice, maybe it is better to come off peak and not right before school.
