“Chris and his team at Hanes On Homes were a pleasure to work with! We were in the process of gutting our basement (combination of original 1955 panelling and 1980s renovation) when we realized we were in over our heads. I kid you not we reached out to around 20 contractors in the area but Chris' responsiveness during our project scoping/estimate period couldn't be matched. He was able to work within our budget and brought some awesome ideas that we hadn't considered or thought weren't possible (example: our new wet bar). Throughout the entire process Chris was only a phone call, txt, or email away. He was on-sight each day to give the team instructions and review the work that was happening that day. He also made sure to include myself and my husband in these morning reviews to ensure it was in line with the vision we'd laid out. “This group did an excellent job installing a Radon abatement system at our home. Installation, communication and professionalism was superb. They addressed my many questions (thanks John) and worked to find a location that did not detract from the view of the home. We have a large unfinished basement (greater than 2000 square feet) and the final radon reading was 0.4; which is well below the EPA recommended level.<br><br>Their price was comparable to others I considered and their website was extremely informative. They included a lifetime guarantee for the building by that is transferable when the home is sold, 5 year warranty for fan and one year for labor.<br><br>I’d recommend you consider them for your project.“

“Concrete Etc. is an amazing company to work with. Their personnel are very courteous, responsive and professional. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy.
