I greatly appreciate the care, attention and concern Mike showed for my Dad and making sure he had minimal disruption. Mike set up a coffee, toaster, fridge station in his hall so he was not stranded without basics. He even caught a big creepy spider for me, lol. Job site was always kept clean and items were packed with great care. The preliminary educational materials were very helpful and explained each phase of the project. The scheduling department provided a date that worked for us and patiently answered our questions and concerns. We were attempting to match the color and gloss of nearby flooring. The team worked carefully preparing sample stains and helping us confidently choose the best color combination. They also left a sample of the final mixture for our reference. All craftsmen were courteous and professional and our questions and concerns were addressed along the way. Cleanup was thorough both inside and out. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Lady Baltimore Floors for any future project.“

“IFS put a great floor coating in our common area hallways and bathrooms. It looks great, the install was quick, and the surfaces are easy to clean. It also looks clean all the time. It does not show the dirt/grime in out bathrooms that the tile/grout showed in our last office. Even if it has not been cleaned for a few days, it still looks clean. This is a big benefit for when we have customers stopping in. If you are looking for a new bathroom floor, I highly recommend.“
