We have moved a few times in our lives and the process shepherded by Sally French made this the most organized, professional, and least painful experience for us (let’s face it, moving is hugely disruptive even when you’re excited to move). Sally approached the process in a logical data driven manner. She met with us, discussed our needs, walked through our house, and was very reasonable about what needed to be done for staging. She had contacts for things like carpets and painting. Her staging team was respectful and creative. They staged the house in a way that was photogenic and yet livable. And the photos were amazing! Pricing is always stressful but Sally provided many local comparisons and talked about houses that moved quickly vs not. She talked honestly and without judgement about the pros and cons of our home and we arrived at a fair price that was a winner for us and the local market. Our house sold quickly and Sally was present and engaged for the entire process. We moved out of state and she even talked with our out of state realtor to help coordinate the process. Importantly, when any questions came up, Sally was always available to sit and talk through possible approaches and solutions. If we had it all to do again we would work with Sally and encourage any/all of our neighbors looking to relocate to reach out to her, too.“
