I just sold a house for the first time in January 2024 with Darin as my agent. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me get the house in shape for a sale. That included using his own contacts for home staging, exterior and interior contractor work, and even landscaping. Undoubtedly, those improvements increased the value of my home by tens of thousands. We had over-asking price offers after one day of being on the market! I recently used Darin to sell my mom's house who passed away. We met at his office and he educated me on how to list the house using market analysis to price the house. We had the house staged, landscaped and professionally photographed. I was very impressed because the house had multiple offers and was able to get more than we listed it for. For any prospective buyer, hiring Darin will be the best decision you can possibly make. My wife and I were buying our first house and were completely new to the entire process.
