“I have been friends with Hugh for about 5 years. I knew he was good at what he does, but it wasn't until I signed up for this 12 week transformation that I learned first hand just how good and knowledgeable he really is. I have lost over 20lbs, my endurance and activity level is way up. I have dropped 4 holes in my belt. I actually had to buy a new belt. I fit in my old pants. I had a goal to play 2v2 volleyball successfully for more than a half of a game before getting tired. This last Friday, I just played 5 games in a row without a break and I know its because of this 12 week transformation. I have worked with 7 other nutrition coaches in my lifetime and Hugh was by far the most thorough coach I have ever had. You get what you pay for. Hugh is the best coach money can buy. All the coaches in my past focused on getting me results today which put me in a yoyo diet mentality. Even though Hugh wanted me to achieve my goals, he taught me it is more important to establish lifelong habits that will help me stick to them and not just go back to my old ways. Hugh does not only focus on nutrition and activity like all my other coaches did, but he also focuses on consistency, sleep, water, meal planning, and mindful eating. I tend to beat myself up every time I have a "bad" day, but Hugh taught me that I don't have to be guilty over a day of indulgences but that I can get back on track and work towards my goals today. He is always a text away for anything. He was awesome at helping me get back on track. He would kindly ask me "what 1 thing are you going to do today to help you reach your goals?" That helps me even today get back on track when I have a "bad" day. Thanks again Hugh for all your help!“

“It's just my 2nd day trial. I am already going further than my efforts when I was with Merrit Club, staff is small and largely stays in their places to be. It's intimate - quiet (thus far). The members I've met friendly and respectful. I am there exclusively for the rowing machine. Now I find myself able to really give myself to boxing. My warm ups and cool downs are enjoyable due to the fact that the club is not over run with traffic but that's simply due to its size. Plus, the music is good. I wear my earphones way less when there.“
“I always tell my friends, “ You gotta go to Dave!” And I mean every word. For YEARS I struggled with chronic physical pain that no amount of chiropractor visits, physical therapy, or yoga could fix.During the first minutes with Dave, I learned that my hips were misaligned and that I was literally viewing the world from a slanted angle! After two months of weekly MAT adjustments, I had worked through the intense hip, pelvic, and upper thigh pain that I had been (poorly) managing for years.Dave also gave suggestions regarding how to maintain proper alignment with daily micro exercises. He also made suggestions on which sports or exercise programs to avoid (so that I wouldn’t have to go to him forever).Getting MAT treatments with Dave is literally the BEST investment in my health I’ve ever made. He gets you *lasting* results and improved mobility without the “no pain, no gain” mentality that comes with physical therapy and the chiropractor. Although I don’t live in Baltimore anymore, I would still choose to make quarterly MAT adjustments with him because they are worth the investment. 100/10, highly recommend!“
“Mark Bailey is a great trainer, extremely helpful and is always available for me whenever I need help or tips on my fitness. He’s helped me get my body right over the past 2 years I’ve been here. Wouldn’t be where I am in my fitness journey without him! Michael Oyefusi is another awesome trainer who has also helped me get great workouts in and is a pleasure to work with. He’s always energetic and easy to talk to about whatever I may be struggling with while working out. Overall great experience with both of these trainers, highly recommend.“
“Owned by a husband and wife team, Be Fit is an awesome place to get fit! They are both amazing people and trainers with dynamic routines to keep exercise interesting. You can either schedule 1 on 1 training or take virtual classes. They also offer nutrition training, but I haven't done that. I recommend this place!“

“Love going here. Great atmosphere to work out and train. The trainers are always there to encourage you and push you so that you reach your goals. The gym is very accommodating with my busy schedule and always make sure I can come in and workout. I like that they created a nutritional plan designed for me and my needs based off the weight loss goals and muscle gain I wanted to achieve. Highly recommend. Not like the big chain store gyms that just want your money. They care about your success here!“
“Wonderful studio. Great staff, great natural light, good equipment. Dressing rooms are only two bathrooms so I prefer to come dressed, but I've never had a problem when I needed to change at the studio.“
“The equipment is excellent for serious bodybuilding. It is far superior to what you find at Planet Fitness. It's a gym, not a resort, which is a big deal for people who don't know the difference. It is well organized, and the equipment is properly spaced, so you don't feel cramped in. The free-weight area is great. It's a big plus if you like handling heavy weights or want to follow your own natural path of motion. If you're an older person and remember the atmosphere in gyms from the 70s and 80s, you'll be right at home. Don't buy into the negative comments. They come from people with limited experience using exercise equipment or training with weights. The cost is very reasonable considering what you get in return, and the management is very friendly.“
“This is one of the newer faculties. It is still nice with working equipment. As many of the newer faculties there is no basketball court or sauna. Not sure why they’re doing away with those items but the space is a nice size and it very bright and open.“

“Terrific! Really nice mid size gym in Canton, Baltimore. The guys at the front desk are super nice and friendly, I signed up on Nov 2023, and they made the process so easy. The crowd is super cool and they have nice machines. Tanning is included with the membership.I really like this gym.“
