Love going here. Great atmosphere to work out and train. The trainers are always there to encourage you and push you so that you reach your goals. The gym is very accommodating with my busy schedule and always make sure I can come in and workout. I like that they created a nutritional plan designed for me and my needs based off the weight loss goals and muscle gain I wanted to achieve. Highly recommend. Not like the big chain store gyms that just want your money. They care about your success here!

Mike, Denise, Jason, Tresa, Aaron & Devin are all amazing trainers. I have been going to the gym for 7 months now. I have gained strength and confidence. I have worked out with most of the trainers and my kids have worked out with Aaron & Devin. Everyone is upbeat and cares about you as a person. The gym is clean and has a family atmosphere.

I didn't realize how lucky I was when Atlas opened next door to my State Farm office. Mike and the team of trainers make everyone feel welcomed at all skill/goal levels!If you're on the fence try a weekend class or 1 on 1 session with Mike, Ana, Denise, or one of the other amazing trainers - you won't regret it. Stepping in those doors changed my life for the better! :)
