“I have a Thermador service plan for my wall oven, and they referred me to Towson Appliance. Towson called me and scheduled an appointment. HOWEVER, the person who called suggested I first try turning the circuit breaker off and on. That solved my problem! Towson Applaince could have come out and done the same things, but they saved me that small fee I would have paid and gained a happy customer!!“
