“I can’t say enough about the customer service here. From Day 1, every staff member has been so kind and accommodating. The first time I visited, the system was down and caused an error, overcharging me. The manager realized, compensated beyond what was necessary, and put on a free tan for the next visit. At this point I was weeks away from giving birth. I just went back for my first tan since, of course rushing at the last minute, getting there 10 minutes before close and the attendant, Arden, was so sweet. She had already cleaned the spray tan unit I requested but still set it completely back up, assisted me in getting the most out of a monthly membership, AND provided me with some of her own bandage tape so I could cover my c-section incision. “Went in 3/14/23 spoke with Julie. She was super friendly. The place was clean, and the stand up had hot bulbs in it. I lay down bed looked nice as well. It is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I would definitely recommend it.“
