I was worried about them moving to the new location, I still don’t like that they are over near the Walmart and the parking lot is a little sketchy. This new place is so beautiful inside. They’ve upgraded some of the higher beds and the interior is so nice. As always, the girls up front are super nice and very helpful when you have questions or steering you in the right direction for new lotions. And they never push to get more money from you. Went in today to restart my membership. I opt to freeze it. All thought I was a little disappointed to hear you can only use your tan dollars starting on the 1st of the month, meaning you can't use them by starting in the middle of the month and have it prorated ( if that makes sense) I mean I pay that m9ney in there every m9nth I should be able to use it when I see fit. . But the young lady waited on me was so very out of her way nice and helpful. I actually couldn't feel negative in any manner. The staff at this location are TOP TIER!! This is the only salon I've been to where the staff are actually well versed in the services they provide and the products they sell and they dont make you feel like your just another customer they remember you by name and always greet you with a smile. The rooms are always clean, the bulbs are regularly changed out and if you have any issues with your bed all you have to do is mention it to one of the staff members and they will do what they can to make things right.
