“Another 5/5 stars: I had a small concrete pad in front of door replaced with a 7x8 foot stamped, stained concrete pad. The crew is highly skilled, carefully contained disruption of the grass/ soil to only very close to the work site, did excellent pouring, stamping, staining, and sealing work, and removed all debris. No damage to nearby stucco. Easily reachable for communication. Extremely fair price. Outstanding outcome. I highly recommend Barnhart Construction.“

“We had a very small job on our roof that needed to be done. Highmark was recommended by friends and they were right. We called and they said they had another job in our area that would be started in about a week and they would stop by to do our work at the same time. They stayed in contact with us, let us know when to expect them and checked up after the work was done. We called other companies and when they learned how small a job it was they weren’t interested. Highmark gets high marks from us.“

“I have been using Elegant Home Improvements, Inc for roof work and home interior projects for 9 years. My property includes 4 structures that required either a new roof or periodic maintenance.
I also had new composite decks installed, a new set of stairs and landing for access to the garage apartment, and the team also did drywall repairs and painted all interior walls and ceilings inside a 2800 sq ft home.

“After a lead paint exposure mishap at my house, while 38 weeks pregnant- I called at 4:19pm on a Wednesday very distraught and explained the situation and asked if they could send someone to give me a quote on lead abatement. They were able to send someone out the very next morning at 9am. My partner, however, went ahead and painted over the exposed lead paint area that evening and mopped etc and followed guidance from an online source. I called back and left a message that evening to cancel my appt but it wasn’t received and two extremely nice gentleman showed up the next morning. I apologized for wasting their time- but they expressed no annoyance or frustration with me and took the time to make recommendations about how to make sure the fix my partner did was adequate and safe. My experience with this company was very positive and I appreciated their understanding and kindness despite me not ending up using their services.“
