We contracted LP Homes to install a deck with roof and open gable. From the first conversation with Johnny to the last day of install with Nate and Tim, they knocked it out of the park. Johnny was extremely friendly, honest and down to earth, he helped us develop our plan and put it in motion, he was always quick to answer our questions and was punctual providing the necessary documents for us to receive our HOA approval. Once the job started Nate and Tim were amazing, the were timely, friendly and are extremely skilled in their trade. We were greatly satisfied by the diversified planning and work provided by LP Homes on our home. Johnny Abrams was outstanding in helping us realize our plans for a new deck on the house that included a water runoff system so that we’d have a dry patio area underneath. In fact, he completed the entire job including demolition of old deck and patio, construction of the new deck, installation of new patio pavers, deck lighting and even installing a water faucet up on the deck within our time frame and within our budget!!Outstanding people working for him...and he’s already been out to check on how everything was looking/working several months after the job was completed.We’ve...read full review

I hired L.P. Homes to build a sunroom and two hardscape patios. Johnny was fantastic from day one...he listened to our ideas and brought them to life better than imagined. He spent countless hours working and revising our project. His ideas and suggestions were exactly what we needed.Nate and Tim did a bulk of the work on the sunroom addition. These two guys were incredibly meticulous and took their time ensuring the room was built perfectly. They answered any questions we had and explained the process along the way.
