Mr. Damien answered and provided me guidance over the phone on what to do prior to visiting my home to circumvent me paying any type of cost/fees. While on the phone, he coached me and we resolved the problem. I will definitely use this company again. This company has integrity and will not take your money!!! “Queen electric was recently assigned by my home warranty Co to resolve outlets issue in our garage.
Joe provided smooth experience during the scheduling stage for electrician to be despatched.

JR and his crew arrived on time and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. JR also took the time to educate me on what was fixed.

The next day our thermostat had lost power, I called Joe and voiced my concern that the thermostat power may had been related to the garage outlets issue.

Joe Dispatched JR and his crew the same day. Again, JR was able to locate and fix the issue with the thermostat.

Even though the issues were not related to my initial ticket , JR still fixed it and billed my home warranty accordingly.

After a lightning strike, RJ Electric Works came out on one of DC's historic Hot days and restored me and my neighbors electricity along with Pepco. We reached him a little before 5 am and the crew got there a few hours later. It was completely restored by noon.
