Needed two 3-way circuits repaired. Mike came out, diagnosed the issue right away, and repaired the circuits within 30 minutes. He was on time for the appointment and even wanted to come sooner. Great service.
expedient and competent. Im working with an old house with all kinds of previous poor workmanship. Max expediently figured things out and got them fixed. compartmentalised what could get done today within budget and what had to be rescheduled as another task. showed up by 10am and was done with a list of issues by noon. on time and within budget.
My bathroom light went out last night and I had no idea what the problem was. None of the usual fixes seemed to work, leaving me with a dark bathroom all night. Called Harris Electric this morning. Max said he would be by and gave me a 2-hour window. He and Roger showed up an hour early, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty GFI which was the issue. Problem solved in record time for a reasonable fee for parts and labor. I'm a happy camper and will be a loyal return customer.Best of luck, Max, to you and your company.CR
