Don transformed an ugly, warped, wooden deck into an attractive outdoor living space. He reinforced the joists and installed high quality synthetic wood decking that has required no maintenance (unlike the former wooden deck). Over the years since the installation by Don, a few of the nails in the staircase popped up and Don generously provided everything I needed to easily secure the steps. Gene came out from J F Plumbing and was extremely knowledgeable about what could be causing our plumbing issue and gave us options for addressing it. Luckily the first and cheapest option did solve the problem! Price was fair and we got some good maintenance tips as well. We also appreciated that Gene was friendly and very courteous, taking his shoes off before walking on our white carpet, without being asked. We would use J F Plumbing again in the future.
We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team.

Four Seasons designed and constructed a beautiful screened-in porch for us in 2022. The design and implementation by then-project manager Mike R. was creative and imaginative with a great eye for detail. The building crew headed by Diego did expert work and were enjoyable to work with. We now have a finished product that we are enjoying immensely!

Needed to replace our 22 year-old garage door openers. Benson sent someone over promptly, and they did an excellent job. Nathan was capable, polite, efficient, and cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. Couldn't have been more pleased with Benson.
We had a number of difficult issues including a tree with a dangerous lean and multiple large dead branches which posed a serious risk to our family. With over 60 years of experience the people were artists in their profession and quickly addressed difficult challenges. In minutes they managed to throw a rope extremely high and get full control of the leaning tree bringing it down safely in minutes to my amazement. They showed perfect mastery of their techniques with ropes, cutting wedges, undercutting, and hinges to perfectly and safely handle each and every challenge perfectly with total control. But most of all they understood our requirements and met all our needs and expectations at a very reasonable price exactly the way we wanted. We strongly recommend Shifflett Tree Service Service, Kim, Candi, and the whole team. They could not have been better.

We have always found the staff to be respectful and polite when they came to work at our home.
I came here after a different tailor quoted $80 for just one dress to hem. Here they quoted me much less. I paid $58 for dry cleaning one satin gown dress and also hemming a silk dress. I think that is great value and the staff are nice people (I think Korean?). I put the dress on in the store so they can see where the dress would fall and where they would have to take it up and hem the bottom. I am happy with the results and would gladly use this local service again.

He is efficieint, timely in his responses, very patient when it comes to choosing the type of shingle and its color and does a fantastic job in removing the old shingles and installing the new ones.
