“I went in as a walk-in and their was a long wait. The receptionist allowed me to do a pre-registration and called me to come back when it was my turn. I didn't mind because I don't live far and she was upfront and honest. Once it was my time to be seen I was called and taken to triage as soon as I walked in the door. The nurses and doctor who provided my care were great.“
